Turkey-Serbia 30-32 :D
Serbia almost lost it in the end, they led the whole time, even by 7 goals at one point, but Turkey equalized at 29-29. Thankfully they managed to hold on. Katarina Tomasevic saved their butts with some crucial saves!
A big step towards the EC. :)

Bojana Popovic with 10 goals in her third match after she did comeback is fantastic. She proves again that she is the best player in the world.

Homepage of the EHF Euro 2010.

WEll, it seemed to be a big surprise for the website that Pytlick doesn't nominate any russian, french, norwegian or spanish players for the WCh in China. :D

Kamilla Kristensen has been taken off the danish NT - pytlick says she needs to work on things before he will be willing to take her back on :-k

Also Susanne Kastrup, Louise Pedersen and Karin Mortensen have not been picked for the next gathering, but in regards to the first two Pytlick just want to test other players in those positions and he feels he does not need to see Karin Mortensen as he knows her play so well, this gives him the opportunity to check out Sandra Toft.

Goalies:
Mette Sahlholdt, Odense GOG
Christina Pedersen, FCK Håndbold
Sandra Toft, Team Tvis Holstebro

Wings:
Maibritt Kviesgaard, SK Aarhus
Louise Lyksborg, FCK Håndbold
Kristina Bille, Aalborg DH
Mie Augustesen, Randers HK
Gitte Brøgger Led, SK Aarhus
Ann Grete Nørgaard, Horsens HK

Line players:
Mette Melgaard, FCK Håndbold
Susan Thorsgaard, FC Midtjylland
Marianne Bonde, FCK Håndbold

Backplayers:
Anna Sophie Okkels, SK Aarhus
Camilla Dalby, Randers HK
Christina Krogshede, FCK Håndbold
Pernille Larsen, Odense GOG
Line Jørgensen, Odense GOG
Kristina Kristiansen, Team Tvis Holstebro
Trine Troelsen, FC Midtjylland
Berit Kristensen, Randers HK

Nice nice. Easy job for Russia, which will eliminate Poland. So for Montenegro decisive match should be away match in Hlohovec. I have a feeling that we can open a champagne after 4th round. ;)
Wbk, if you find your squad write it...

Glankovičová (Leverkusen) and excaptain of NT Povrazníková (Dortmund) should join our team comparing autumn matches. Dubajová is out with pregnancy, Školková with injury. Oficcial nomination will be announced soon.

:-k :-k

Three right wingers, only one left winger?
I agrre Dronina not there she is already 32,time for youngsters.
Turey is never called apart from wc, ec or wc.

4 pivots?normal since is a weak pos in the nt.

I would give gabisova a spot in the 3 keepers.
Sen,Potapenko,chernoivanenko,good choices,young prospects.

Sucks that Polenova is not there, without muravieva this team will struggle in defence against top teams.
Portugal is in the euro 2008,finaly!!!!!

Trefilov want to see new girls at National Team. This is a good, even very good strategy for Euro. That`s the solution.
That`s why i like the Russian Superleague because if you have a large selection for NT. =D>

I think it doesn't really matter. Poland have been playing terrible handball lately. Also with these "stars" in the squad. So, I suppose the girls, who have been called for NT won't play worse. Maybe even better ;) And actually Poland have been already eliminated. I don't believe in miracles... I just want Przybylski to stop worknig with this team, cause his job has been real disaster for Polish female handball

Interesting. I didn't hear anything about that. Maybe it would be a good move by our federation.
