Re: Alexander The Great

Actually, Alexander the Great was ethnically Greek, like pretty much all of Ancient Macedonia. Today's Macedonia contains mostly Slavs. The Slavs did not arrive in this area until many centuries after Alexander died. So for a modern Macedon to say that he is Alexander's descendant (I have heard thi...

Re: Olympic Games London

You mean that national team players smoke or drink ? can you give a name ? but do not have to. Well in the past there was one player in the national team who said in a TV interview: "We are normal people, sometimes we smoke and drink", but that 'sometimes' seemed like more than once in a ...

Re: Olympic Games London

@Staffan The basketball team had a big success and will play qualification for London, but we have one "Perez like foreigner" who was the MVP in the team. Basketball is still number one sport. Football is crumbled, but it is still on second place. The whole fuzz with handball started with ...

Re: Olympic Games London

Love your team and fans but your limited. Maybe Macedonia playd above their real quality in Belgrade. This wos like night and day I can not believe that this is the same team that playd so good just a few weeks ago, huge drop of quality. I think we lack more experienced coach as Shundovski don't ha...

Re: Olympic Games London

Another turbulent game by Macedonia against Brasil today. It was too obvious in the first half how much we missed Temelkov on the right wing, who also has an important role in the defense. In his absence we played without right wing during the whole first half (0/0) which I strongly oppose. In overa...

Re: Olympic Games London

Great performance by Andersson (my favorite player) and another bad game for Lazarov. That was the crucial difference in the Swedish win against Macedonia. It was a shameful ending with Sweden withdrawing the team and Swedish audience booing the Macedonian players after an unnecessary provocation by...

Re: CL 2011/12

@Picek I do not remember that Zagreb made too many mistakes in the game, so I think that Metalurg forced them to play bad, not that Zagreb was not trying good enough. This type of comparisons with other matches is not easy at all as your play largely depends on your opponent. Regarding the refereein...

Re: Regional handball league (whats your thought)

The season is almost finished and the first 4 teams that will participate in the final four tournament are:
Croatia osiguranje , Vardar Pro, Tatran Prešov and Metalurg.

What do you think about next season? Some new teams will join? Will it become more attractive?

I totaly agree with Boldsen. http://emhh2012.tv2.dk/article/id-47800503:boldsen-om-all-starhold-en-joke.html Boldsen say it is a joke that Lazarov aint MVP and worst all star joke in history that Lazarov aint among the seven. Re: All Star Team for the ECh in Serbia, 2012

LP: Rene Toft Hansen -okay that he do both sides and so on, but he was invisible in attack in some matches, i'd say Stoylov Stoilov really had a great tournament scoring 27 goals (most from all LP i think) with 79% efficiency, even though he is not quite experienced. He was actually a surprise for ...

Re: FINAL EURO 2012

Congratulations to both Denmark and Serbia. It was a tough and slow match. I am still disappointed about how Denmark got away from us, but that was their only lucky moment on the tournament, so they deserved the trophy. this result is far above of what they are worth both individually and as a team....

It is funny how in some peoples eyes everything is corrupt and everyone is after them (Norway referees). Why so paranoid? Which refs? Who is after who!? Re: EURO 2012 Serbia - SEMIFINAL

I don't think not booing of an anthem is something anyone should be "proud" of There have been serious issues recently, but also happening now, and boooing an anthem is a joke when compared. Denmark usually beats Sweden, so nothing unnatural about that. you should look more towards your o...

That is a new record for unsportsmanlike behavior by the serbians. Our commentators were totally in shock by them. They have seen a lot but never anything like that. Same goes for me. And that was NOT a few people. That was the whole damn arena. Mate, you should definitely think more and speak (wri...

Here is the maths that leads Macedonia to the semis: ⋅ Sweden wants to improve the impression and the best possible way is beating its rival Denmark. ⋅ Poland still have a chance for the semis and can somehow beat Germany, hopefully not with more than 2 goals. ⋅ Macedon...

Yes there were more, but this is unique because travelling 10 hours on a train from Skopje to Belgrade to cheer for your team together with 1000 other people is crazy.
I haven't heard of something similar before.
