Randers - Havre
3-4
6-4
12-10
15-14 HT.
19-17
22-21 (50min)
26-22 (55min)
30-23 FT

Havre starting good and was leading, the Randers players were surprised by the rough play, and very angry at the refs. from nederlands.

Any live score from Buducnost?

Come on, that's a semi-final. Have they seen Viborgs CL match the day before?

Yes that was a rough game! I have not seen Viborg play as rough before.

The randers game was not on Tv though, only heard it on local radio.

Quite interesting that all french youth teams have to change defensive style during the games, remember to have heard it before, but they spoke a lot about it today.

You have to play as rough as the refs let you - Otherwise you can't win a handball match.

After KIF and Randers results, Denmark has quite a good chance to have finalists in all 3 important eurocups. And that, in the year when Russians had no semifinalists.

What I think danes really should appreciate about this, is that's not FCK/Slagelse, Viborg, Aalborg or FCM who've a good chance of winning trophies now, no it's former unreliable teams who show their strength.

Also in the league, earlier, The top teams would win every game, pretty much, except against eachother, just like Larvik in Norway. Now the top teams, who've got stronger, risk loosing to the medium teams who risk loosing to the buttom teams, all in all a more balanced and stronger league.

The sad thing, in my opinion, is that this is not a result of handball gaining more interest and thereby higher quality players everywhere, but the danish transfer market that seems to eat of clubs from foreign countries.

I just hope these clubs have good talent departments, like volgograd and lada, otherwise I'm afraid it'll in the the long run damage the sport.

I also hope other nations will get the same economical power, not only for top teams like Valcea, or I'm afraid the danish interests will fade and thereby will the economic boost danish sponsors places in the sport as well.

I mean, the Hungarian league, in my opinion used to be very balanced, now it seems like it's Györ and everyone else. Just like Norway, who on the other hand did get more balanced with Byaasen.

The spanish league, which also used to be more balanced, now seem to be a battle between itxako and elda prestigio.

Of course a league shouldn't be too balanced either, the german league was very very balanced for many years, I believe, and the result was that different champions had poor results.

So I think it's much about finding the golden middle way, and I think one knows it has been found, when all teams can perform well in Europe and most of all teams have a chance of winning the league as well.

News regarding EHF cup I've learned today:

Bayer - Elda has been postponed.

red and white really likes Randers and think they've a chance of winning.

Edit: Sorry didn't notice I was double posting, you people need to reply me some more.

Edit#2: Edited a spelling mistake. Also I agree with meteo, it's kind of weird, because no matter where you draw the line (e.g. 1750 km) then it makes little sense that you'd have to go 1749 km, but not 1750 km. I don't know the details though.

It's remarkable that Randers has to drive 16 hours by bus and Elda was allowed to stay at home. I think that 1400 vs 1900 km are not so a big difference any more.

I don't think so. Randers maybe realized somewhat earlier that flights wasn't possible, but to blame Elda for not doing the same is wrong, since air companies naturally can't give you any time schedule for this force majeure event.

Honestly, I'd say they're, except Vejen, farvorites, and Vejen are not far from Buducnost if they play focused, calm and concentrated, because Buducnost can be very unstable, while Vejen very stable. Which means all advantages Buducnost gains by higher quality can be lost again if they have moments of lack of focus.

Last time Denmark had 3 teams in all 3 finals it was:
Viborg - Györ (back when Györ was nothing like today)
FCM - HYPO (At a time when Hypo didn't do very well)
SDT - Krim

I wasn't part of these boards back then, and I could only see danish matches and I didn't see that many, but from reading old posts, I'd say the odds for the different eams would have been something like:

SDT - Krim 60:40
FCM - HYPO 70:30
VHK - ETO 75:25

The odds of all 3 winning back then would then have been 0.6*0.7*0.75 = 31.5% only!

This year, I'd say it's something like (assuming Elda goes to the finale):
VHK - Valcea 60:40
KIF - Buducnost 45:55
RHK - Elda 65:35

All in all, that gives a total chance of 17.6% that's really low odds.

However I still believe that the teams can do it!

However I came here to write that, if you noticed, the last couple of seasons, the winner of the tournament comes from a country that won the year before, and only a new country every second year. Last year was spain, two years before was russian, so Elda might be destined to win!

All finals will be 50-50. Maybe KIF has a slower chance because of Buducnost pedigree, but we've seen this year how the Montenegrins can fluctuate.

Nooo, don't start with coin example again please. -.-

Yes my odds may be wrong, but I doubt that it is exactly 50/50.

Anyway what are you guys odds for the Leverkusen - Elda match? I think Leverkusen have great chances of reaching the final!

The odds maybe better due to the delay, because our first playmaker Anna Loerper can return after she solved her suffered injury at Belarus with the national team. ;)

Hehe, you know what I meant :P
For me, everybody has the same chances before the game starts. Then, everyone makes his own luck (chance).
