Re: EHF-Cup 2009/2010
Lucky Baia Mare! They were left with either Aarhus, Lublin or Parc Sagunto and they took the Polish team with the second match in Romania. They will also have enough infos from Brasov who lost the quali tournament there, so I think they have a decent chance of fighting for the quarter finals now.

I guess the finance manager of SK Aarhus got the coffee stuck in his throat in light of they finance difficulty.

I welcome your post with enthusiasm.

I hope Baia Mare won't be lucky after both matches

However, you team seems to be favorite of this dule. On the other hand - it shouldn't be walkover for Romanians. Unless I hope so...

Re: EHF-Cup 2009/2010
Don't worry karel. No walkover whatsoever. Baia Mare is a Romanian minnow, but it's a team with great national handball tradition and a fiery public. Moreover, Baia Mare is always a source of talent for the Romanian handball and teams from here are usually very competitive.
It will be tight and I wouldn't give more than a tiny inch of chance more to Baia Mare, due to 2 facts:
- return match at home, where they beat Skovde, Ikast or Leipzig during these last 2 years
- enough infos from Brasov to thouroughly prepare the game

Re: EHF-Cup 2009/2010
If Baia Mare won't lose by more then 5 goals in Lublin, they will qualify 100%..
Heart and soul for CS Oltchim Valcea
Re: EHF-Cup 2009/2010
To the game is over 3 months, and its much to early to write about chances,,
During this 3 months many things can change.
Im for 100% sure that our club will have a lot of information about Baia Mara. (we have 3 months to find them
)
And dont worry about Lublin fans - in Lublin also can be hot

Baia Mare lost Camelia Balint (left wing, very important player for the team) due to injury (6 months).

I love HCM Baia Mare only for one player: I LOVE YOU MELINDA GEIGER!
Of course, Camelia Balint is hot and good too, but she is injured now...

Re: EHF-Cup 2009/2010
Who are the 44 year old goal keeper of Kuban, that SK Aarhus talk about?
She won the WC in 1990...
By the way the Aarhus players complain that the russians are "farting"(do not know if it is spelled like that) in the plains!
That is not nice and i tought that russians were so nice and polite

Think I will go for something possitive here - Handball is just a great sport!

Svetlana Rozintseva is one of the biggest legends of Krasnodar handball. Born 10.04.1966, she also took bronze at OG 1992.

Seriously...
"Lene Rantala (born August 10, 1968, in Copenhagen)"
Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lene_Rantala
Ore to be more exact: "Gladsaxe, København, Danmark".

Wow, she will be 42, but she is great... I thought she is Finnish because of her name, but she is Danish and has a lot, a lot of medals! Keep doing it, Lene! She can be my mommy...
