I liked the Norwegian female couple, too. Vartanyan and Guseva are very experienced in club competitions too.

Really too many things turning around the Northern Europa at this ECh, that's not good though :-"

I feel sorry for the spanish girls...after the last match they said to the journalists now we just want to get home as fast as possibel and enjoy the christmans days with our families....then they go to Kastrup airport just to find out the plane to spain have been cancled! :D
Think I will go for something possitive here - Handball is just a great sport!

No matches for these rankings.
In conclusion, I declare that EHF must be destroyed

And that's the cracking point if you see that only Müller and Mietzner (both 1988) came in from the World Champions Generation. But Zapf (1990) and Garcia (1989) (both Leverkusen) are on their way to the NT on the wings. Gubernatis maybe on right back (she was injured just a few matches before the ECh-preparation stars), Luisa Schulze will come in - she starts to learn line player at Leipzig now.

My EC recap:
Worst: The German team collapse. The 2 min suspension of Althaus running into a Dutch player by sheer clumsiness (see also comment by meteo)
Best: Performance of the Swedish team =D> . Crowd of Jyske Bank Boxen. If anyone was in doubt of the advantage by being the host. =D>
I noticed : The Dutch player Lois ABBINGH,- for me unknown, but she seemed agile and a fast paced player with a decent shot.
