With second chance do you mean it will actually make Craiova better? Or the opposite?

BVB actually has plenty of injury problems themselves: both their starting 7 LW and RB went out with long term injuries in the past 2-3 weeks.

I ment weaker chance ...Dortmund has first chance to qualify. Sorry for ambiguousness... #-o

Triscsuk didn't break anything on saturday but has torn several ligaments in her ankle and will be out for 3-4 months.

She is going through MR-examination today. Most likely out for the Euro with ACL-injury (korsbånd) according to Heirgersson. Silje Waade was already reserve so she would take her place. I feel sorry for Kurtovic who earlier has had a couple of bad injuries.

Thea Mork also need an MR-examination on monday for her hamstring. She might not make it to the Euro but then Herrem will take her place.

Update;

confirms Amanda is out for several months with injury ACL

you are wrong, they have many problems, but this is not one of them. they usually stand up for an injured player , see Lobach and L. Jorgensen cases (though Lobach was ultimately released, the reason was never made public).
so I expect Amanda will be taken care of in Bucharest and she will probably have a +1 year contract (if this is also her wish, of course).

CSM fans, just wonder, do you think Kurtovic will be offered a renewed contract, even though she will be out for some time on expiring contract?

Don't get your scenario? False problem? Hook? Calm down...

She has not renewed her contract, for what I know been offered one. She can sign with whatever club, probably plenty of offers. If you read a few posts above, it states I hope she stays in CSM.

Good for you DD, but I am actually interested in the question I asked. If anyone else have some input, please write your thoughts.

@Kiddo: There are not so many good right-backs available on the market, Barbara Lazović is not performing very well (nor did Amanda lately, to be honest) and, given CSM's indulgent history with their injured players - as swarthofole already stated - I think she could stay. Still, CSM's management is not the most predictable one  so you never know.
It also depends if the new coach thinks she fits in the team and, if he do thinks so, it depends if he won't be fired in a few weeks . And so forth... As you can see, a lot of variables.
It also depends if she feels comfortable in a more Balkan-style team than one year ago. Some Nordic players don't.
I would like her to stay but it's not up to me...

Thanks Silviu, you read my mind. And also I read on the forum she did not perform accordingly this season (reading a few comments, she just runs around with no goal or determination). That's why I was wondering if she would stay or not. In Norwegian newspapers she mentioned she was a bit lost in the beginning, but now she loves living in Romania. The team is great and all. The situation is what it is, and CSM has the experience with Jørgensen leaving, Kurtovic being injured, Hagman practically not playing, being a concern for the Swedish NT, as mentioned at Europamester.dk. I just hope they will keep her. She has so much potential, and I would love to see a Norwegian succeed in Romania. And given the fact she plays with top notch players with perhaps a different mentality, this could make her grow into a pillar on the Norwegian NT.

In the meantime, I wish her a speedy recovery.

Gro Hammerseng's take on current injury problems in handball:
https://www.tv2.no/sport/10243459

An absolutely fantastic read. I don't know if Google Translate can convey it properly, but give it a try.

The sentence that stood out the most for me was: "If you've been feeling pain for long enough, after a while you lose the ability to estimate just how much pain you're actually in."
Unfortunately, I think it's a sad reality for too many players out there.

Great article, and something to reflect on. The sport is part javelin part wrestling. The injuries are brutal and seem more frequent than other sports.
