I see a Kochetova on Dinamo's list, does that mean she finally didn't retire? [-o<

Will Kochetova and Posnotva retire soon? And what about the state of Bliznova? Russia is losing a lot of height with Vyakhireva, and even Dmitrieva and possibly Ilina. Though Davydenko and Sen (not dominant in my opinion) are still there. Punko and Bobrovnikova are tall but also not so dominant. I hope Khmyrova can help a lot Davydenko and the Russian NT in the future.

It is a bit difficult to read about the russian teams, because the most of their homepages are written with cyrilli letters.

Could anyone please write here the official squad of these teams for the 2014-2015 season:

■ Luch Moscow
■ University Izhevsk
■ AGU-Adyif Maykop
■ Stavropolye-SKFU Stavropol

Regarding of the other teams I have squads from the EHF site.

Thank you in advance!! :D

If you have problem with Russian characters, you can easily use Google Translate to transcript it. Just turn fonetic transcription on.

This week I’m a very busy working person, but if you’ll be still missing some data afterwards, just write me and I will find some time to fill it up for you.

Thank you so much! On this russian website it can't be found the newest squads, f.e. Anna Sen is the player of Rostov, according of the site. So it isn't updated. Could you please help me later, when you have some free time? :) Thank you!!!

Sure, but you have to wait few more days, however not that long, I should take my free time back under control during/after weekend. Private-message me if you manage some required rosters in the meantime. ;)

Meanwhile from Superleague floors, just quick, but remarkable news: Akopyan put 14-years old girl into the todays match against Rostov-Don on away field (Rostov won 32:25) Her name is Ekaterina Kudryavtseva (born 24.11.1999), playing left back. She played 5 minutes in the end of the 1st half, had two attemps on goal, but still continues to wait for her first big career goal (one shot was saved by Barjaktarović and the other blocked).

You can extract rosters from the accumulated stats after 5 rounds of national championship for each team: http://www.rushandball.ru/content/?sitcnt=60625 (top right under "сводная статистика команд
после 5 тура" ), of course, players who didn't play at all this season due to injuries or whatever are not there. But it should help you. As wbk adviced you, use translator if you can't recognize names written in cyrillic (copy/paste from pdf document to translator).

jensm wrote:How have the results between Lada, Dinamo, Zvezda, Rostov & Astrakhanochka been? Who looks best so far?

Dinamo-Sinara v Zvezda 29-26
Lada v Dinamo-Sinara 21-28
Zvezda v Astrakhanochka 30-25
Dinamo-Sinara v Rostov-Don 18-28
Astrakhanochka v Lada 28-26
Lada v Zvezda 26-28
Rostov-Don v Lada 32-25
Rostov-Don v Astrakhanochka 31-28
Astrakhanochka v Dinamo-Sinara 27-25
Zvezda v Rostov-Don 28-31

After the first half of the preliminary round it's Rostov-owned league so far. Zvezda, Astrakhanochka and Dinamo look pretty equal fighting for places 2-4. Lada seem step behind with their young roster, anyway they are fighting very well and maybe they will be able to make some noise later in the season.

Hi kleber, is there some online source for that?

I wonder what would happen in the CL main round when a team withdraws from the competition... :|

Kleber, please don't exaggerate. Dinamo's budget may be cut, but it doesn't mean that whole club is going to bankrupt.

Post-EURO results between Russian top 5 clubs:

Zvezda v Dinamo-Sinara 30-26 (17:18)
Dinamo-Sinara v Lada 27-32 (14:18)
Astrakhanochka v Zvezda 33-28 (14:11)
Lada v Astrakhanochka 32-25 (13:9)
Rostov-Don v Dinamo-Sinara 23-23 (7:13)

Seems like Akopyan's autumn words about seeing completely different Lada after the New Year becoming reality. =D>
On the other side, hand in hand with financial crisis Dinamo stepped into playing one as well. However, they were able to recover quite quickly taking one point in Rostov today after good permormance with brilliant Kochetova's bombs and best match of Sedoykina after her comeback. It's first point lost in this season for Rostov-Don.

Current standings:
Image

Next head-to-head clashes of top teams:
25 Jan: Zvezda v Lada
29 Jan: Lada v Rostov-Don
4 Feb: Astrakhanochka v Rostov-Don

I just saw that Russian Cup's (?) final will be streamed at Laola: http://www.laola1.tv/en-int/live/rus-cu ... 01637.html as well as the 3/4 place match.
Could someone give us a heads up on this Cup (which teams are in the final?).
Thanks in advance!
