If you can access the BBC sport online you can stream every single match live.

They added Netherlands - France now. Good. :)

What a farce by the IOC and the Russian government!
Just saw an interview with Svetlana Kuznetova and you can't help but asking yourself: what the hell do the Russians think of the rest of the world?

I hope following this ridiculous affair that all proven drugged athletes (no matter where they come from) will pay a high price!

#-o #-o #-o

So you took more than 100 clean athletes from the list and you say it is a farce by IOC,yes it called russophobia.

Without athletics, weighlifting and rowing Russia delegation is now the most clean team in Rio,period.

Yes, I now have 100 "clean" Russians in my living room. We're going to watch the Games together and have tons of fun. No persecution at my place! Everyone gets performance enhancing beers. One love! ;)

What do you care anyway? You don't give a rat's ass about the Russians in the competition anyway; you only care about those who'll win to thicken your medal tally in that ridiculous race you're constantly losing against the US and China. I'm waiting for you to start bashing out the handball NT after their first bad match.

Be the number one in europe is the goal.
Portugal is in the euro 2008,finaly!!!!!

Russia - Korea - Korea will win today ?

Korea most underestimated team in female handball in the olympics

Korea win vs Russian odds betting; 5,00
Korea win gold medal ; 26,00

I put 100 Euro on Korea today against Russia. When they beat Japan with 20 goals and Slovenia with 17 goals they show they are on track for a new great olympic tournament. Korea in the olympics is alot different from Korea in the world championships. They have been in the final (1984/1996/2004) ,semifinal (2000,2008,2012) or won gold (1988/1992) in the olympics.

Seriously? There are better ways flushing 100 euro down the toilet :)

Looking forward for the opening match today :)

I understood German TV will broadcast all handball games, woman on ARD and man on ZDF. For Holland France we may have to rely on the NPO internet live stream. Only in Holland available.
Today man cycling road course, that will be probably be coverred on Dutch national TV, also Dutch volleyball woman play at the same time against China.
I am not that sure about the orange girls, quality is not the issue but its their first olympic appearance, besides so many teams that can win a medal.

Only Argentinagame will be relatively easy, all other group games also South Korea will be close. Once they play their game without nerves get in their flow, last 8 should be no problem, if not, place 5 is also possible.

No, unfortunately - I doubt even a single minute of any womens game will be seen on German TV.

The best one can hope for are their 6 streams. But the schedule says that only 6 games will be broadcast that way. Even worse: From wednesday onwards not a single game will be broadcast until the next tuesday... so almost a week. Ridiculous.

At the moment, the *only country which can watch all women handball matches is (ironically) the UK via the BBCs 24 live streams.

* Maybe France as well, if I understood correctly.

I read this wrt German TV.

" Daarnaast worden alle wedstrijden door de Duits publieke TV omroepen ARD en ZDF uitgezonden. U hoeft dus in principe geen wedstrijd van het Olympisch handbaltoernooi te missen. De ARD zendt alle wedstrijden van het vrouwentoernooi uit, terwijl men bij de ZDF alle mannen wedstrijden uit gaat zenden."
http://handbalstartpunt.nl/nieuws/uitze ... 6_augustus

Sorry in Dutch, but maybe the info 's not right. It says ARD will broadcast all woman games (without Germany!) and ZDF all man games. From what I remember from the past, they switch every 1-2 days between ARD and ZDF for OG broadcasting.

That's wrong by handbalstartpunt, unfortunately. They must have got that from an article on handball-world. When I read that article I thought pretty much the same as well, but handball-world must have misunderstood something.

Anyway, Brazil vs Norway is being played now and there is nothing on ARD. It's the cycling road course instead...

You are right, today ARD will broadcast and not ZDF. So the info of handbalstartpunt is not correct.

http://nos.nl/rio2016/ there I see different live streams but that 's only for Holland.

Hey guys! Super happy the games started! Unfortunately I can't watch every single match live on tv, except the ones of Romania :D Congrats to Brazil for the win over Norway, things are just prepping up so this isn't the real deal..we all know how Norway gets serious when they need to get serious  but nice win for the hosts and happy for Ana Paula being key player..Damn it CSM management, you should have payed that fee to keep her, she is a killer and we needed her every time! Really sad to know she will play against us from now on when definitely we couldve kept her and keep hopes high for Final4 again..anyway, see you guys tonight maybe :)

Well TVR not actually into handball it seems, but all the matches are here, and you can always find at least 2-3 streams to choose from.

Wow! Romania shooting themselves in both feet!
Rarely have I seen this team play so bad! Neagu at probably her worse match of her career.
Our defence was... can we please just leave Perianu at the hotel? We're a big joke in the central area. Szucs didn't even step on the field! Really? That's how much we trust Perianu?!

The other problem... both our CBs were too static and together with Neagu killed the little rhythm we had in attack.
Maybe the next training should be a long shooting session. That's just embarrassing the times we hit the post or that poor goalie, Ba - she must've had the match of her life.

Our only player who was present today was Ungureanu. Thank you Paula, you're the only one who can hold her head high after tonight.

For history's sake... last time Angola screwed us was in 2001 at the WCh in Italy. It ended really bad for us back then.

And Oana Manea too...she was the only one who did something in attack
Other than that, it's a sad day for our team.
