Coach Tadici has a clever strategy ( on lack of financies conditions) to bring young RO players among the others valuable ,experienced players, to be there on front of LN and in the mean time to be capable to keep the head up in Europe...the question is how he manage to keep around him some important players like Rob,Constantinescu,Panici (didn't they also want salary 4 times bigger like Tamas,Dragut ?....or doesn't he tell all the truth).Perhaps as a effect of leaving 4-5 important players he managed to give better salaries to "remainers"...

Honestly?
I have no f*cking clue about FTC's thinking or intentions.
What they do simply doesn't make sense for me.
Anyways they tried earlier a lot of things always from necessity and they kept failing:
Monori -> chased away
Szekerczés -> chased away
VDH -> chased away
Cifra -> chased away
Zácsik -> chased away
I think as Hornyák wasn't even an important or much forced player so far FTC simply doesn't give a s**t if she announces that she is about to leave.
Last year, due to the Zácsik-gate FTC made sufficient dispatches: ordered back Háfra from MTK and Szucsánszki too.
This year they are losing much more players and the announced replacements would fit rather to an Alba Fehérvár level team.

Oana Chirila ,Daniela Ratiu,Laura Oltean-Pristavita are about to prolong contracts to Bistrita. Others are about to leave : Tegean (GK),Carjan (piv),Irina Ivan (LB) or already did - Orsivschi ( to Baia Mare).
Coach Horatiu Pasca said the club talk to a new LB and new RW (without any other details for instance that are romanian players or not...)

I remembered that she played in the norwegian elite league season 2011/2012.
Then she was 23 years old. She played really many good matches and think she could be really good.
But i havent seen her for the last 6 years, so dont know how she development
