Vistal vs CSM București
Krim vs NFH
Vipers vs Buducnost
FTC vs Larvik
BBM vs Metz
THC vs Vardar
Brest vs Gyor
FCM vs Rostov
A lot of away wins this round, imo. Only FTC will for sure win their home game, but then I see close games in Krim and Vipers.

Vardar has always struggled against Thuringer. I'm not saying Thuringer will win but I don't think it will be easy for us. The injury of Hubinger makes things easier for sure.

And Aguliar, Niederwieser, Mitrovic, Schilk.
Not saying these are players who could win a (CL) game alone, but an obvious thin squad is a already a huge strain when it comes to stamina, let alone performance.
Easy Vardar win.

Off topic: But Vipers lost 26-25 against Tertnes in Bergen
Even Tertnes missing 3 important players.

I had to switch off just when Vipers startet to get rolling. Looks like Tertnes did a lot better in the latter half.

Re: 2017/18 Champions League - Group Phase - Round 2
Mediocre game from CSM Bucharest, average at maximum let's say because of the first half. Second half was a disaster, only Neagu played well (very well, up to perfect) but only in attack because in defence she lacked some tonight. Oh, and Bazaliu (2/2 goals)!
2017-18 budgets
1. Rostov (over 4 million euros estimation)
2. Gyor (4 million euros estimation)
3. Vardar (3.5 million euros estimation)
4. CSM Bucharest (3 million euros, 35% sponsors!)
All these by the words of CSM's boss Bogdan Vasiliu.

What a game by the norwegian girls

I would call it what a game by the Montenegrin girls, since Vipers' defense was a swiss cheese also.
Dijana Ujkic missed 7 clear chances, 2 from fast breaks and 5 when she was alone with Lunde, Raicevic also and Grbic 1 on 1 missed. Half of that and it would've been a decent defeat.
Of course deserved win by the Norwegians, but Vipers is not impressive at all. MR is the limit for that team. Buducnost was bad, extremely bad, but even a bad Buducnost showed the weaknesses of Vipers. And that's their defense. Luckily Lunde was there to save the day with 20 saves.

Re: 2017/18 Champions League - Group Phase - Round 2
Ferencvaros play at Dabas?
Krim beat NFH, I told you they have more options this season! Some are still missing, especially Omoregie, but they have added now Tsakalou (another Greek, she had some solid moments in Bucharest) and especially this Stanko that scored 9 today. She was part of Zagorje champions. Whilst Olga Perederiy could be finally resurrected in Ljubljana. Uroš Bregar deserves more as coach. I am not sure he is also manager (scouting players), but all the players that go there, from lower divisions of handball, confirm even in Europe. They absolutely come from nowhere. If Perederiy was pretty known, players from Omoregie and Tsakalou were obscure, and Stanko was a solid player in the lower championship of Slovenia. Whilst in my country for instance, we have so many brilliant players that don't play consistent or constant in Europe at all. Good training they have in Krim.

Yes, unfortunately.
No problem, same s**t in this country. They build stadiums but not indoor arenas. Ferencvaros is a traditional club, like Steaua here (they also play at others, Concordia Chiajna hall and so on) and others. At least FTC had a quite many fans at Dabas, but it's awful to play at 40 kms when you are from Budapest.

Laszlo Papp is too expensive or what? I believe you have plenty of guys who will gladly pay for live action (maybe with Gyor, Erd, Dunaujvaros could be sold out).
Live long and prosper.

sting was there. anyway that arena is too big for a kind of event like ftc-larvik.
tüske would be perfect, but its appropriated by a wannabe ice hockey team.
