Where did you find that ? I try to find something on SCM's Facebook but it is a real melting pot there (men,female,basketball,volleyball,handball,and of course ....football...) so I gave up.

I think teams from same countries can meet eachother. I am not 100 % sure but they let Siofok play GVM Europe Vac in the qualification. The clubs will save costs too by meeting teams nearby so I dont think this is an obsticle
