My predictions (and I'm very seldom wrong):
FTC - Podravka: I don't know.
Esbjerg - Rostov: This is a "maybe".
Bietigheim - Brest: It's open.
CSM - Lublin: It can go either way.
Buducnost - Valcea: I don't know.
Krim - Gyor: I know.
Vipers - Metz: We'll see.
Banik Most - Savehof: I wouldn't be surprised.

Doubting my predictive power as I see. Well, we'll see (which is one of my predictions, anyway).

FTC will bring it, as they have to
Rostov as well.
Brest is a better team
Easy game for CSM. CSM is better and better
Buducnost will win
Gyôr is fantastic. No question
I think Vipers will win it at home
Banik Most will win

FTC - Podravka: There is a limit for how bad FTC can be, and Podravka should be this limit.
Esbjerg - Rostov: Esbjerg has nice players, but not tough enough to fight Rostov.
Bietigheim - Brest
CSM - Lublin
Buducnost - Valcea: Home advantage should give Buducnost the win, especially after the last nightmarish away game of Valcea.
Krim -Gyor
Vipers - Metz: Too many long term injuries at Vipers
Banik Most - Savehof

Did Jaukovic really pass out after hitting her head? It so, why did they let her play after? That's unacceptable IMO.

That's just insane. What if she had a concussion? It could be super dangerous. Helene Fauske was sent home to Norway to heal for comparison. So irresponsible, but I guess winning is more important than the players health.

^ See here, starting from min. 01:08:30 of the video (or check the official clock in the upper-left corner of screen and look for min. 09:23 of the second part of the game).

wow it is inexcusable that she is put back on court. The club should honestly be ashamed of themselves for not taking greater care of their players

Passing out? Fainting? "lose consciousness for a short time because of a temporarily insufficient supply of oxygen to the brain." or because of a hit to the head for example.

I saw it live but I didn't catch the exact nature of the impact effect...all surounded her down.
On replay I saw terrible impact of the head and Jaukovic closing her eyes for some seconds but as a TV live watcher I didn't realised the perilous moments, may be because she was soon throw back in the game.
