Weekend in Copenhagen

Postby Gerzson » Wed Sep 07, 2016 8:47 pm

Hey cool ppl of Denmark!

It happens that I spend the weekend in Copenhagen, but have no idea what to see and check out in the city. Well except Christiania and the little mermaid statue :)

So, if you could be so nice, could you throw a few good ideas for sightseeing or something at me? Museums, foodie places to visit, etc?

Thank you :)

Haven't been there yet, but for some years now, whenever I am visiting a new place I find it very useful to use wikitravel. Or at least start my research from there. It has everything you need: how to get in, how to get around (really good for quickly understanding public transport in different places), where and what to eat and drink, museums and other places of interest and a bit of cultural context.
Here's the one for Copenhagen: http://wikitravel.org/en/Copenhagen

Have fun!

Yep, that wiki suggested by mikh seems covering the lot imo. If you are a sporty kind of fellow and the weather is decent, I'll suggest to rent a bike for moving around, since CPH is a wonderful city for bikers.
I welcome your post with enthusiasm.Image
